Our brains produce electrical impulses generated by neurons communication and create state of consciousness. Hence by changing brain wave states we can change/altar our consciousness . Gamma (38-42 Hertz). The mysterious gamma is the fastest brainwave state. Gamma is highly active when in universal love and transcendental states of consciousness associated with enlightenment.
